WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

    • U.S. Return Policy

      Oh la di da gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags on, with original packaging or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Oh la di da E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.  

      Oh la di da offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped.  Again items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags on, with original packaging. Please contact Customer Service here to help process your exchange request.

    • Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Service within 3 DAYS of delivery.

      Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

      • Monogrammed
      • Personalized
      • Lingerie 
      • Jewelry
      • Face Masks 
      • Hair Accessories 
      • Hosiery
      • Mystery Bags
      • Doorbusters
      • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), 
      • Items Marked Final Sale

      Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after the item has shipped.

      Defective Items

      • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
      • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
      • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
      • To return defective items must contact customer service within 3 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags on, with original packaging.
  • Returns

    Ship Your Return

    • Start your return process by emailing Customer Service.
    • The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Oh la di da E-Gift Card). 
    • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 
    • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to an Oh la di da E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
    • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

    Returning a Gift

    • Start your gift return by contact Customer Service. Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to process your return.  
    • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to an Oh la di da E-Gift Card.

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 

      • PLEASE RETURN ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR DAMAGED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. THE RETURN MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE. AGAIN ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, UNALTERED, WITH TAGS ON, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  
    • PLEASE EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICEOHLADIDA@GMAIL.COM. WE WILL SEND YOU A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL VIA EMAIL TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. 
    • AFFIX THE PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL AND DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE AT YOUR NEAREST UPS USPS LOCATION DEPENDING ON WHICH LABEL IS ISSUED TO YOU. PLEASE KEEP TOP PORTION OF LABEL FOR YOUR RECORDS AND TRACKING. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO USE THE PREPAID LABEL.

    INCLUDE IN YOUR PACKAGE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND A COPY OF THE INVOICE WITH THE RMA# AND REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.

    YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED. PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.

    RETURN EXCEPTIONS 

    • ANY RETURNED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED, DAMAGED, WASHED, WITHOUT TAGS ON, OR NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER, AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

    SHIPPING FEE 

    • ALL ITEMS RETURNED USING THE PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE CHARGED. WE DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING PAID ON THE ORDER.
